臺(tái)輝高速項(xiàng)目黃河特大橋?yàn)r青中面層首件工程順利施工完成

2020年9月20日上午10:00時(shí),歷經(jīng)半個(gè)多月的積極籌備,臺(tái)輝高速項(xiàng)目黃河特大橋?yàn)r青中面層首件工程在黃河特大橋左幅第54-55聯(lián)開(kāi)始攤鋪,經(jīng)過(guò)四個(gè)多小時(shí)的緊張有序攤鋪,于下午14:30順利施工完成。

本次黃河特大橋?yàn)r青中面層首件工程施工,位置選在離瀝青拌合站較近的左幅217#墩至224#臺(tái)大橋橋尾位置,橋跨結(jié)構(gòu)為3×30m+4×30m共兩聯(lián)210米預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁,施工過(guò)程中采用進(jìn)口的福格勒2100-3L、福格勒1880L全自動(dòng)履帶式攤鋪機(jī)、寶馬格13T雙鋼輪振蕩壓路機(jī)、寶馬格13T雙鋼輪振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)、寶馬格30T膠輪壓路機(jī)、寶馬格3T小型振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)、自卸運(yùn)輸車等機(jī)械設(shè)備,施工前,對(duì)橋面鋪裝混凝土進(jìn)行了銑刨處理,對(duì)兩側(cè)混凝土護(hù)欄底部采用了薄膜覆蓋保護(hù),施工過(guò)程中根據(jù)批復(fù)的首件工程施工方案、AC-20C瀝青中面層配合比、技術(shù)交底,嚴(yán)格控制環(huán)氧瀝青防水層的灑布質(zhì)量、瀝青混合料的配合比及出場(chǎng)、到場(chǎng)溫度、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)攤鋪松鋪系數(shù)、平整度等控制參數(shù),并按首件工程施工方案中的機(jī)械組合碾壓方式和遍數(shù)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)攤鋪,臺(tái)輝高速總監(jiān)辦全過(guò)程旁站指導(dǎo)。

臺(tái)輝高速黃河特大橋施工按照“品質(zhì)、安全、創(chuàng)新、綠色、廉潔”的建設(shè)理念,以爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)“魯班獎(jiǎng)”為項(xiàng)目品質(zhì)工程創(chuàng)建目標(biāo),對(duì)標(biāo)國(guó)優(yōu)、優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),全力打造“拿得出、叫得響、有影響”的高質(zhì)量品質(zhì)工程。在總監(jiān)辦的提示要求和引導(dǎo)下,中建八局項(xiàng)目部積極推進(jìn)工藝創(chuàng)新和工具改良,施工中多方采用新材料、新設(shè)備、新工藝、新技術(shù)。

一是橋面鋪裝采用具備自動(dòng)找平功能的GPS激光攤鋪機(jī),確保下乘層橋面鋪裝砼施工質(zhì)量及平整度;二是瀝青混凝土采用“瑪連尼”拌和機(jī)、“福格勒”攤鋪機(jī)和寶馬壓路機(jī)進(jìn)行拌合、攤鋪及碾壓,并配備干式清掃車不間斷清掃路面。三是為了提高黃河特大橋上面層抗滑性能,增大摩擦系數(shù),項(xiàng)目通過(guò)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),將上面層級(jí)配由AC-13C調(diào)整為AC-16C。同時(shí)結(jié)合“雙千工程”設(shè)計(jì)方案,將黃河特大橋防水層調(diào)整為環(huán)氧瀝青同步碎石,提高橋面現(xiàn)澆層與面層之間的防水能力和粘結(jié)能力,提高瀝青路面的性能指標(biāo)和使用年限,又減少路面病害。
