日照市嵐山區(qū)“四好農(nóng)村公路”改建工程黃墩鎮(zhèn)南中橋箱梁首件張拉順利完成

2021年5月7日黃墩鎮(zhèn)南中橋箱梁順利完成首件張拉。黃墩鎮(zhèn)南中橋改建工程橋面全寬 13m,上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用 4×20m裝配式后張預應(yīng)力簡支小箱梁,梁高度1.2米,全橋共計16片。

黃墩鎮(zhèn)監(jiān)理組為保證小箱梁工程質(zhì)量,提前對日照市政公司預制場進行考察,該預制場建于2015年,常年進行各種梁板預制、吊裝施工,有健全的各種制度,比較完備的設(shè)施和較為豐富的施工經(jīng)驗,經(jīng)業(yè)主批準后,允許施工單位在此進行梁板預制、張拉及壓漿等工作。

為保證首件張拉順利進行,黃墩監(jiān)理組于4月底在預制場現(xiàn)場召開監(jiān)理安全技術(shù)交底會議,要求張拉前準備工作仔細、全面,準備充分:張拉用千斤頂、油表和油泵必須一體進行標定,為防止意外,標定的張拉設(shè)備應(yīng)用二備一,禁止僅標定油表和千斤頂所用的鋼絞線、錨具、夾片等均由試驗室進行見證取樣,并送檢有資質(zhì)的試驗機構(gòu)進行檢測;鋼絞線伸長量計算時,采用實測的彈性模量數(shù)值,鋼絞線錨口摩阻損失采用錨具廠家提供的數(shù)據(jù)箱梁混凝土的強度必須達到設(shè)計強度的85%以上,存梁7天以上且每片必須進行現(xiàn)場強度回彈所有參加人員必須進行書面安全技術(shù)交底,作業(yè)區(qū)進行隔離并將操作規(guī)程黏貼于防護擋板上。

根據(jù)監(jiān)理要求,施工單位積極準備并逐一落實,并于5月6日報監(jiān)理檢查驗收。第二天即5月7日,監(jiān)理處試驗室對首片箱梁的試塊進行強度檢測,強度為45MPa,現(xiàn)場回彈儀進行檢測強度均達到設(shè)計強度的85%以上,混凝土齡期及強度均達到規(guī)范及設(shè)計要求?,F(xiàn)場檢查情況:張拉兩端圍擋已設(shè)立,并設(shè)置張拉操作區(qū)域,現(xiàn)場2名操作工人均在安全技術(shù)交底上簽字,且經(jīng)檢查確為本人簽字,安全操作規(guī)程已張貼在圍擋鋼板上。根據(jù)監(jiān)理批準的張拉方案:鋼絞線彈性模量采用2.0×105MPa,錨口摩阻損失為1%,鋼絞線N1-N4計算伸長量142mm~145mm;監(jiān)理人員對采用智能張拉的電腦各項參數(shù)的設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)(初始力值、最終力值、持荷時間等)進行檢查記錄,對伸長量進行現(xiàn)場復核,并與電腦顯示數(shù)值進行校對,均在6%之內(nèi)。每束鋼絞線張拉完成后,監(jiān)理人員檢查夾片的外露長度及每束夾片的錯臺情況,查看錨墊板及錨墊板下混凝土是否存在變形或裂縫,并均用記號筆做好檢查是否滑絲的標志,經(jīng)仔細檢查確認,未出現(xiàn)任何異常。操作人員在張拉的各個環(huán)節(jié),無論是夾片安裝還是千斤頂拆卸,均動作嫻熟、非常熟練,首片箱梁歷經(jīng)3.5個小時順利完成。

張拉完成后,監(jiān)理工程師在施工現(xiàn)場對首片箱梁張拉工作進行總結(jié),對需要改進的地方逐一提出:人員的配合、油泵的位置及傳感器數(shù)據(jù)線等,并要求進一步提升或避免。對張拉后的移梁和即將進行壓漿工作,提前進行簡單口頭交底。

黃墩鎮(zhèn)中橋首片箱梁的順利張拉,保證了梁板能夠在汛期前進行吊裝,為此中橋的順利完工,奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
